Academics Team

The Academics Team competes in a wide variety of academic events testing their knowledge of naval science, history, geography, and world affairs in the form of tests as well as game show style competitions at a national level.

The Color Guard is a four-man team that competes in competitions for trophies and also does other events like football games.

Drill Team

The Drill Team competes in various competitions and demonstrates the best of our unit’s cohesion, teamwork, and training in military drills.

Drone Team

The Drone Team is when the Cadets go and race other Schools in obstacle courses and speed relays for trophies and medals.

Marksmanship Team

Marksmanship

The Marksmanship Team regularly practice outside of school hours on the range to test their skills as marksmen. The cadets compete against other schools in prone, kneeling, and standing positions.

Orienteering Team

Orienteering

The Orienteering Team is a team designed to test mapping and endurance skills using a compass. Adapting to their environment, they navigate and run an endurance course with nothing but a map, compass, and scorecard in a race against other schools.

Physical Fitness Team

Physical Fitness

The Physical Fitness Team also known as the PT team competes with other schools in Physical Fitness for trophies and medals.

SeaPerch Team

Sea Perch

The SeaPerch team is for the hands-on cadet who is interested in learning about modern robotics. Using knowledge and resources supplied to us by the U.S. Navy, cadets will build fully functioning submersible robots capable of competing in competitive events such as racing or obstacle courses.
